Questions and answers
Who is Michelle Lay?
An adult film performer listed under that billing, with a profile on fhgte.com.
What other name does she use?
Michelle Lee, which appears as an alias on the same listing.
Are the two names the same person?
Yes. Lee is a variant of the same billing, not a second performer.

Which spelling should I search?
Either, and both if you want the fuller set of results.

What does the photograph show?
A poolside shot in daylight, topless, with a small bikini bottom held at the hips.
